Over the years I have witnessed so many students finding their calling & future careers through these training modalities. As a Trustee, I am a strong supporter of these programs.

Hands-on learning opportunities

Through programs like Youth Train in Trades, students dive deep into professions such as Carpentry, Pro-Cook, and Auto Service, Electrician apprentice programs,  gaining practical skills and academic credits along the way.

SD 46 Youth Firefighter's Academy

Our annual SD 46 Youth Firefighters Academy provides cadets with real-life training experiences, teaching essential skills and opening doors to emergency services careers.

Early childhood education courses

Our dual-credit ECE courses lay the groundwork for future educators, offering students a head start in their careers with post-secondary credits and hands-on learning.
