Reflecting on My Past 2 Terms in This Position:

Throughout my time in this amazing  Role of the Trustee, I have had the opportunity to grow both professionally and personally. Each tenure has brought unique challenges and learning experiences that have shaped my approach to the work I do, & that we do as a Team.. From my initial days, where I focused on understanding the core responsibilities, to later years where I took on leadership roles and mentored new team members, every phase has been instrumental in my development. I have been involved in various projects that not only enhanced my skills but also contributed to the success of our Team & District. My interactions with colleagues , stakeholders, key players, students, and families has taught me the importance of collaboration and effective communication. As I reflect on these past 8 years, I am grateful for the experiences that have enriched me and prepared me for future challenges. I look forward to continuing this journey, building on what I have learned, and striving for excellence in all my endeavours.
